librarians & Queequeg

You know, naming an experience enterprise after a character from Moby-Dick seemed to work out for a certain coffee company. But, like a good non-profit employee, I choose to steal the good ideas of industry and, with hopes, improve upon them. But, here’s what I wonder about: why did they choose the milk-toast character who chose not to stand up to authority, even in the face of certain death? I prefer he who “holds up hope in the midst of despair” with a “spirit that would dare a thousands devils.”

"You cannot hide the soul." (Even the souls of libraries & librarians...)
